My first full moon dipping in the sea was wonderful.
Did my cardio yesterday but it is never easy for me to increase my pace
It was so beautiful
Easter weekend sun rise dip in to the sea. Just under 5 degree
It is cold but it feels so good
Super happy that I have overcame my big fear of getting cold. I went through the first winter with immersing my body in cold sea and I didn’t missed any week since September!
I am excited to progress my knowledge toward my future plan !!
